| I'm already a member and cannot seem to log in. What is the problem? |
| The login name is CaSe SensItiVe. When you initially registered at HepCMatch, if you entered your login name in all lower case, all upper case, or upper and lower case, when you re-enter the site to login, you must enter your login name EXACTLY the way you did when you registered. (It is generally a good idea to use all lower case letters, for simplicity sake.) If you are still having a problem, send an email to support@hepcmatch.com from the email address you registered with (or provide us with that email address). Include your profile and/or login name and we will assist you and email you with the information you need to log onto the site and access your member page. |
